Coverage

Northern Son Home Renovations (“Contractor”) warrants to the original property owner that all labor and workmanship provided for your home renovation or general contracting project will be free from defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of project completion. 

We know that managing multiple contractors can be a headache, and that’s why we’re here to simplify the process for you. From kitchen and bathroom remodels to custom builds and everything in between, our friendly and skilled team is dedicated to bringing your vision to life with precision and care.

Terms and Conditions

• This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.

• The warranty covers defects in workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse

  • Modifications or repairs made by others

  • Normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance

  • Materials or products (manufacturer warranties apply to materials)

• The owner must notify Northern Son Home Renovations of any defect in writing within 15 days of discovering the issue.

• Northern Son Home Renovations must be given the first opportunity to inspect and repair any defect within a reasonable time.

• This warranty does not cover consequential or secondary damages, or any costs incurred if another contractor is hired to perform repairs.

• All contractual balances must be paid in full for this warranty to be valid.

Exclusions

• Damage from natural disasters, weather events, or acts of God

• Ordinary wear and tear or cosmetic issues that do not affect function

• Work that has been altered, defaced, or repaired by others

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact us by phone or email within 15 days of discovering a defect. We will schedule an inspection and, if the issue is covered, perform repairs at no charge within a reasonable period.

This warranty is provided in addition to any manufacturer warranties on materials used in your project. All work will be performed in accordance with local building codes and best practices.
